二 | 快科技8月24日消息，小米今日举办线上技术沟通会，正式发布新一代自研玄戒O3处理器，公开其全部技术细节。据官方参数，玄戒O3基于3nm旗舰工艺，裸片面积133平方毫米，集成240亿颗晶体管，规模较前代玄戒O1增长26%。该芯片采用十核全大核架构（6颗超大核+4颗大核，对应C1-Ultra/C1-Premium/C1-Pro，最高主频4.35GHz），原生支持LPDDR6内存，实验室低温环境下安兔兔跑分达5,228,014分。
